Peptalk

Everyone needs a good peptalk and giving yourself one before you start your day is incredibly empowering. Giving yourself some love and appreciation puts you in a good space which makes it easier to tackle the day.

Outside

Going outside and hanging out with your friends can be super refreshing for your brain and it's always good for your body to get some vitamin D.

Dancing

Dancing by yourself in your room can be extremely liberating. You let loose and you tend to be confident with every movement because no one is watching. It's a way to appreciate your body for what it can do.

Crying

Crying is usually seen as a sign of weakness, but I think it takes a lot of strength and bravery to be honest with yourself and to be in tune with your emotions. Let yourself release if that means crying and taking time to acknowledge how you are feeling. This way, you move forward.

Cooking

When dealing with mental health, food can be an enemy, but with practice and time, food can make you feel good. Take care of yourself.

Making Wishes

Feeling unmotivated and convincing yourself that you don't deserve better for yourself is very common in a poor state of mind. This poem just serves as a reminder that you deserve better.
